Hi Jerrell, is this regarding the larger (rectangular) widget or the small circular one?
For some context, the widget only refreshes every 15mins to prevent excessive battery drainage (hard limit set by apple). To fetch the latest timings, just tap on the refresh button (rectangular widget)/ tap the widget itself (circular widget).
